These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShowBuzz, accessible at showbuzzott.com ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By using ShowBuzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use ShowBuzz.
These Terms are designed to comply with applicable laws in India (including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), the European Union (including the Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR), and the United States (including applicable federal and California state law).

You agree not to use ShowBuzz for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You shall not:
Certain features — including watch progress, saved lists, ratings, and personalized recommendations — require signing in with a Google account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you accept sole responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting showbuzzott@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your watch history, watchlist, progress, and ratings will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All films, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other content on ShowBuzz are owned by ShowBuzz or used under license from their respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and stream content for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
ShowBuzz respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright law across jurisdictions.
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law and remove infringing content where required.
ShowBuzz streams content via secure CDN infrastructure. You agree not to use technical means to intercept, record, copy, or capture streaming video, or to circumvent geographic restrictions or digital rights management (DRM) protections.
Content availability may vary by region. ShowBuzz reserves the right to add or remove content at any time without prior notice.
Our platform may include links to or embedded content from third-party services. ShowBuzz does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms and policies.
ShowBuzz may feature sponsored films or partner content. All sponsored or promotional content will be clearly identified. ShowBuzz does not necessarily endorse any products, services, or viewpoints associated with sponsored titles.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShowBuzz, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
Indian consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other mandatory Indian consumer law.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
EU consumers: Statutory warranties under EU consumer law (Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771) are unaffected by this disclaimer.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShowBuzz and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, or your misuse of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ShowBuzz at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting showbuzzott@gmail.com. Upon termination, your license to use ShowBuzz ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 17 — remain in effect.
BINDING ARBITRATION: For users in the United States, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ShowBuzz shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court of law.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes with ShowBuzz on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
EXCEPTIONS: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court. Claims involving ShowBuzz's intellectual property rights are excluded from mandatory arbitration.
California residents exercising rights under CCPA/CPRA may do so by contacting showbuzzott@gmail.com directly, without arbitration.

ShowBuzz operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with applicable intermediary obligations, including grievance redressal.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
EU/UK users: These Terms do not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence under Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
US users: The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions in Section 14.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ShowBuzz shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, or cyberattacks.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of ShowBuzz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue using ShowBuzz.
